Jessica, Ashlee Simpson Celebrate Family Texmas
It's going to be a holly-jolly hoedown holiday for Jessica and Ashlee Simpson—and their significant others.
Sources tell E! News that Jessica and Dallas Cowboys QB boyfriend Tony Romo and Ashlee and hubby Pete Wentz plan to celebrate Christmas at the Waco, Texas, home of their maternal grandmother.
"This Christmas is a big deal, and the whole family wants to be together for baby Bronx's first Christmas," a Simpson family friend tells us.
Romo is already in Texas, licking his wounds after the Cowboys' big loss to the Baltimore Ravens. The rest of the clan should be arriving soon, just in time to deck the halls.

For Pete's Sake, Ashlee Simpson-Wentz Out Again
For the second night in a row and less than three weeks after giving birth to son Bronx Mowgli, Ashlee Simpson-Wentz stepped out to support her creatively diverse hubby, Pete.
Having hit up West Hollywood's Troubadour to watch her man perform with his band, Fall Out Boy, on Monday, the new mom (and loyal wifey) was by his side yet again Tuesday at Gallery 1988 in Los Angeles.
Ash joined sis Jessica and pal Nicole Richie as Pete and Gym Class Heroes pal Travis McCoy presented their new exhibit, "Without You I'm Just Me."
And given some of the eclectic, graffiti-inspired artwork, you just know Bronx has the coolest nursery in town.
How Do Celebs Do Their Xmas Shopping?
How about a shopping question for the season? Do stars have assistants do it for them, and are they above ordering anything that the great unwashed can also have?
—Beth in Ohio
Don't you watch those Macy's commercials? Jessica Simpson has nothing else to do but hang out in department stores, shop, flip that Barbie hair and shop some more, y'all!
In truth, celebrities do get involved in their Christmas shopping. Some even leave the house (hi, Reese!) And when it comes to hiring a good person to actually do most of that shopping, stars get way, way involved. Just ask Distinctive Assets owner Lash Fary, a professional gifter whose clients include Sharon Stone, Leah Remini, Ugly Betty's Judith Light and one cutie-pie TV star who prefers to be contacted through her mother...

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz Births a Fall Out Baby Boy
The pop star has finally popped.
Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and her rocker hubby Pete Wentz welcomed son Bronx Mowgli Wentz, their first child together, Thursday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
The baby boy weighed in at 7 pounds, 11 ounces and measured 20½ inches.
"Proud new parents Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson-Wentz welcomed new son, Bronx Mowgli Wentz, late this evening," a rep for the new mom told E! News. "Ashlee, Pete and baby Bronx are all healthy and happy, and thank everyone for their well wishes!"
The birth comes almost three weeks after the 29-year-old Fall Out Boy mastermind told Ryan Seacrest that his 24-year-old missus was "very pregnant...She's at the very end, and it could happen at any point."
Is Tony Romo the Next Tom Cruise?
Last month, Tom Cruise assisted a fallen photographer in NYC, adding to his long list of "Touched by a Superstar Angel" moments.
Cruise better hold on to his halo, though, because there’s a new celeb do-gooder making the world a better place—Dallas Cowboys quarterback and Jessica Simpson's main squeeze Tony Romo.
Here's his angel tally: Recently, Simpson credited her man of over a year with saving her. From what? No one is quite sure.
And in September, after throttling the Cleveland Browns in a season opener and catching a late-night flight home, he stopped and helped a stranded couple by changing their flat tire. This with a freshly stitched chin!
And just this week, he treated a homeless guy to a movie and even let the man, who admitted he hadn't showered for several days, sit with him and a friend.
Does Jessica Simpson Visit Fansites? Anyone Else?
Do celebrities ever visit their fansites?
—Laura from Argentina
If you're wondering whether Jessica Simpson does—and you know you cannot live one more second without knowing—the answer is yes. She does follow the scuttlebutt on her fansites, particularly SweetKisses.net, where she's even been known to—yes—post stuff.
But most stars, at least the big ones, don't pay attention unless something alarming happens. Like when a fan posts an unflattering photo.
Which rising TV star nixed some pics she didn't like when she saw them on a fansite? Well ...
Jessica Simpson's BFF Injured by Paparazzi
UPDATE: Ken Paves has released the following statement on his late night run-in:
"I appreciate everyone who has expressed concern after the incident which occurred outside of Madeo restaurant Saturday evening. While I did not expect a dinner out with friends would end up with me in the emergency room and nine stitches in my head, I am fine.
"My only real concern on Saturday night, and it remains so in retrospect, was for the safety of my friend and all concerned. I understand everyone has a job to do, including paparazzi. If I were to say anything about Saturday night, it is only to encourage that everyone would respect and care for the safety of others above all else."

He's the hairstylist to the stars, but Ken Paves just took one for the team.
E! News has learned that Paves was rushed to the hospital early this morning after being injured by paparazzi while leaving a popular restaurant with Jessica Simpson and her entourage.
Good News, Jess: Russian Gentlemen Prefer Blondes
Jessica Simpson is No. 1, ya'll—in Russia! Jessy's Major Movie Star was a DVD dud here, but it's a hit at the box office with the Ruskies. Far more interesting is the Fox News report that, faced with how horrible her movie roles have been received here in the States, suggests "she'd be substantially better off, frankly, having a sitcom in which she can play herself."
Uh, she did, and we saw it. Here are the dirty details:
Jessica Simpson: "Take Me Back to Nashville!"
Was last night just slow for celeb shutterbugs, or is there a renewed interest in Jessica Simpson after she and Tony Romo were spotted ring shopping?
Either way, the paps were out in full force when the Southern singer had dinner at Madeo with former assistant Cacee Cobb.
The two lookalike blondes could barely make it through the swarm of snappers to their car.
When she finally reached her ride, she yelled, "Take me back to Nashville!" to the crowd.
Nashville, interested?

Dancing With Rocco, Week 2
Rocco DiSpirito has had a bumpy ride on Dancing With the Stars. His first performance earned him just 14 points, but then he and Karina Smirnoff shot up to 21 points for their sizzling mambo.
But last night, at just 16 points, they walked away with the second-lowest score. (Feisty wisecracker Cloris Leachman was at the bottom with 15.)
Carrie Ann Inaba pooh-poohed their lackluster rumba with a simple "Nice try."
But DiSpirito isn't letting the judges' not-so-nice critiques get him down.
Read on to find out what he just told me about his mom's message to the judges, why he may be sending a gift basket to grumpy judge Len Goodman, and cooking for Jessica Simpson...
Metallica Deathly for Jessica Simpson
There's no doubt that Death becomes Metallica, much to the chagrin of Jessica Simpson.
Metallica's first new album in half a decade, Death Magnetic, shot straight to No. 1, despite only being on sale for three days. The powerhouse band finished the week ended Sunday selling 490,000 copies, per Nielsen SoundScan, making it the third largest rock debut of the year.
Simpson, meanwhile, saw her foray into country, Do You Know, only lasso a No. 4 debut with sales of 65,000 (and that was in a full week), a significant sales drop from her last pop album, 2006's A Public Affair, which sold 101,000 in its open.
A-List Secrets: Is Jessica Simpson Really Back?
Why, all of a sudden, am I seeing pictures and articles of Jessica Simpson everywhere? Isn't she a has-been?
—Gail, Austin, Texas
Obviously you have no appreciation for the fine art of country-rock-power-pop. Jessica Simpson just dropped a whole album of that stuff, titled Do You Know, and it's driving the hayseeds loco. Per our own Marc Malkin, the album was the most downloaded on iTunes right after it debuted earlier this week.
Naturally, Simpson must promote said album, or most people would lose their opportunity to hear timeless lyrics about being "consumed in your fire." So that translates into some genius marketing strategies, such as:
