George Bush wants to use Jessica Simpson as a WMD.
While playing host to members of the Super Bowl-winning New York Giants at the White House on Wednesday, our commander in chief devised a plan to shake things up on the political gridiron.
"We're going to send Jessica Simpson to the Democratic National Convention," said Bush.
The quip is an obvious reference to the so-called "Jessica jinx," the belief by many that her relationship with Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo had a negative impact on his game play last season.
Let's see, we're paying more for gas and groceries, the housing market is plummeting and all signs point toward a possible recession. Well, when it comes to jinxes...
