That awful cellulite incident that went down this past May must have really affected Mischa Barton—this is about as close as we can get to seeing her nearly naked.
That's cool, we feel her, but why does she have to cover her thighs with such hideous shorts?
Or maybe the DUI-regretting actress was having second thoughts about the crochet monokini she wore Wednesday in Malibu while kissing and rubbing sun tan lotion on her boyfriend, Taylor Locke.
