Samuel L. Jackson Talks Acting: "You're Not Good!"
Rapper David Banner tells an inspiring story about learning the craft of acting from Samuel L. Jackson.
In a new entry from his Greatest Stories video series, the rapper says that during the making of Black Snake Moan, Jackson asked Banner who his acting teacher was. When Banner told him, Jackson said, “You and her both suck. Y’all suck. You’re not good.”
What, like you expected Sam Jackson to give him a hug? But seriously, the story gets better as Banner throws Jackson an unexpected comeback.
